An exciting position has arisen for a Senior Account Manager / Account Director with a leading Medical Education agency for their London branch.

This agency always delivers highly creative and scientifically- focussed projects; they specialise in client satisfaction through excellence in client service, project delivery and operational efficiency.

This agency is looking to hire an impressive individual who will fit in well with their collaborative culture, whilst still bringing fresh creative and strategic ideas.

As the successful candidate, you will have experience within a Med Comms agency, preferably as a Senior Account Manager or Account Director with a proven track record of success.

You will also have a life sciences degree as a minimum academic qualification.

You will have excellent people management skills which highlight your leadership capabilities.

You will have an in-depth understanding of pharmaceutical and health- related issues.

You will enjoy the responsibility of developing other team members and will lead by example by demonstrating good practice.

You will have great judgement and problem-solving abilities and will be confident and well-versed in forging strong relationships with clients.

As part of this role, you would be involved with strategic planning and business development; the experience of medical writing would also be an advantage.
