Job Title: Admin Support

Hours of Work:Full Time
Salary:Up to £17,000 dependant on experience

The Role
As diary and admin support for a busy employment law and health and safety provider for SME businesses across the UK, the role involves a wide variety of duties including assisting the Health and Safety Consultants / field based team. Successful candidates will assist in backfilling cancelled appointments in diaries, to plan and rebook Health & Safety appointments with our clients for regional consultants, achieving productivity targets and high levels of quality and client satisfaction. The role also involves responding to client or consultant queries by telephone or e-mail, and other general office administration.

Responsibilities include:
*Backfilling bookings from the consultant's visit tracker and outlook calendars, taking into consideration the Consultant and client location, relevant client history, travel times, target visit time and productivity targets. To use shorthorn, mapping tools and visit reports to reduce travel and maximise productivity where possible.
*Confirming appointments with the Consultants to conduct the Health & Safety visit (1st, install, annual visit), and liaising with the Consultants and admin team to provide accurate information.
*Dealing professionally and effectively with consultant and client queries by telephone, letter, fax and email.
*Allocating new deals to the appropriate consultant and on the client database.
*General office administration including confirmation letters, updating the Consultants' diaries, updating the client database and assisting other team members as required.
*Developing professional and effective working relationships with the Health & Safety Consultants and other office based colleagues.
*Producing productivity statistics on a weekly and monthly basis.
*KPIs/stats/client agreements.
*Attending and participating in team meetings.

The Person
Suitable candidates must have a good telephone manner, good typing skills, be articulate, have good grammatical skills and be competent in all Microsoft applications.
*Confident, professional and friendly communicator
*Diary management experience desirable
*Strong team player
*IT literate, working knowledge of Microsoft Applications
*Self-motivated and resilient
*Target focused
